1. LINKS TO OTHER RESOURCES:

While the Website might provide connections to various resources, including websites and mobile applications, it's important to note that these connections should not be construed as indicating any form of endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, or approval of the linked resources, unless explicitly mentioned herein. Certain links featured on the Website could be designated as "affiliate links." However, we want to emphasize that we bear no responsibility or liability for the activities, offerings, services, or content provided by third-party entities.

You should carefully review the legal statements and other conditions of use of any resource which you access through a link on the Website. Your linking to any other off-site resources is at your own risk.

2. PROHIBITED USES:

In addition to other terms as set forth in the Agreement, you are prohibited from using the Website and any content therein: (a) for any lawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (d) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Website and Services, third party products and services, or the Internet.

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Website and Services for violating any prohibited uses.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:

"Intellectual Property Rights" encompass all existing and future entitlements established by legal statutes, common law principles, or equitable standards pertaining to copyrights and related rights, trademarks, designs, patents, inventions, goodwill, and the legal capacity to pursue legal action against unauthorized imitation (passing off). These rights encompass rights to inventions, rights of usage, as well as all other forms of intellectual property rights, both registered and unregistered. This includes the right to submit applications, to acquire, and to claim priority, along with any similar or equivalent rights or modes of protection, and any further outcomes of intellectual endeavors that currently exist or may arise in the future across the globe.

This Agreement does not involve the transfer of any intellectual property held by T3i Partner Network LLP or any third parties to you. All privileges, ownership, and interests pertaining to such intellectual property will remain exclusively with T3i Partner Network LLP or its licensors (in the context of the relationship between the involved parties). Moreover, trademarks, service marks, visual designs, and logos linked to the Website might potentially belong to other third-party entities. It is important to note that your utilization of the Website in no way confers upon you the right or authorization to duplicate or employ any trademarks owned by T3i Partner Network LLP or third parties.
