Sin is a digital trade and technology specialist with experience in cross-border trade, data infrastructure and trade facilitation. He supports T3i’s work in digital trade transformation, standards development and cross-border interoperability.

He brings over 30 years of experience across trade systems, digital platforms and supply chain solutions, including roles at the Infocomm Media Development Authority of Singapore, GeTS and CrimsonLogic. His work spans government, technology and trade ecosystems across Asia and global markets.

Sin has led the development of digital trade frameworks and infrastructure, including initiatives supporting electronic transferable records and cross-border data exchange. His experience includes working with international standards bodies and industry groups to support trade digitisation and interoperability.

As a Partner at T3i, Sin contributes expertise in digital trade, standards and cross-border platforms. His experience includes engagement with global organisations and industry initiatives in trade facilitation. He holds degrees in Computer and Information Sciences, Management of Technology and Intellectual Property Law.
