He brings over 20 years of international experience across consulting, banking and financial technology, including roles at Deloitte, Standard Chartered Bank and McKinsey & Company. His work spans wealth management, consumer banking, strategy and product development across North America and Asia.

Sandeep has led digital transformation and AI initiatives for financial institutions, supporting product strategy, client proposition development and technology adoption. His experience includes developing AI strategies and digital roadmaps for wealth managers, banks and fintech organisations.

As a Partner at T3i, Sandeep contributes expertise in artificial intelligence, wealth management and digital transformation. Alongside this role, he is the Founder of Tagor AI, where he advises financial institutions on AI-native strategies and technology development for wealth management.
