Shivkumar (Shiv) Seerapu has over 25 years of experience in the corporate banking space, with specific expertise in all aspects of trade finance, working capital, supply chain finance, corporate and FI client segments, and risk and capital management. He has been in leadership roles for the last 15 years across product, sales, business head and chief executive positions.

Shiv’s last banking role was as the CEO for the Asia Pacific region for Lloyds Banking Group, where he led the build-out of new businesses.

Prior to that, Shiv worked at Deutsche Bank in Singapore. During his time at Deutsche Bank, Shiv held senior roles such as APAC head for trade, supply chain and working capital finance and global product head for supply chain finance. Deutsche Bank’s trade finance business in APAC grew 10-fold during his tenure.

Prior to that, Shiv worked for Standard Chartered Bank across Mumbai and Singapore. His last role there was as global product management head for trade and supply chain finance.

Shiv has deep knowledge and hands-on experience in this space in the Asia Pacific region, in addition to a global network of contacts across banking, insurance, private credit and fintech ecosystems.
