Peter is a factoring and receivables finance specialist with extensive international experience across banking, trade finance and supply chain finance. His expertise supports T3i’s work in factoring, receivables finance and market development.

He previously served as Secretary General of FCI, where he supported banks, regulators and governments in developing factoring and supply chain finance markets. His earlier experience includes senior roles at CIT, SunTrust Bank and Bank of America.

Peter has advised on the development of factoring markets globally and currently holds board and advisory roles across financial services and trade finance. His work also includes supporting access to finance for small and medium-sized enterprises in emerging markets.

As a Partner at T3i, Peter contributes expertise in factoring, receivables finance and supply chain finance. Alongside this role, he serves on several boards and advises international organisations on market development and access to finance.
