New ‘Treasurer’s Happiness Index’ Reveals What’s Driving Satisfaction and Frustration in the Corporate Treasury Function

The inaugural Treasurer’s Happiness Index launches today, offering a rare glimpse into how satisfied corporate treasurers really are in their roles.

Commissioned by T3i Partner Network and led by research agency East & Partners Global, the study was conducted across nine key global markets, including Singapore, the US, UK, Australia, China, and more. The survey captures how treasurers in top 100 revenue-ranked companies rate their satisfaction across key factors such as team strength, internal reputation, and career trajectory.

The findings paint a nuanced picture: while many treasurers feel supported by their teams, fewer express confidence about their career progression and internal recognition.

The study aims to spark conversation around leadership, team dynamics, and the evolving demands placed on treasury functions.
