He brings over 18 years of experience in factoring, supply chain finance and receivables finance, including regional roles with FCI and Afreximbank. His work has supported factoring ecosystem development, business implementation and advisory projects for banks across Africa.

Nassourou has worked on factoring and supply chain finance deployments, including accounting schemes, operating models and process design. His experience includes platform integration, technical specifications, vendor evaluation and request-for-proposal processes.
