Malika is a transaction banking and payments specialist with 25 years of experience in commercial leadership and institutional sales. Her expertise supports T3i’s work across payments, transaction banking and commercial strategy.

Her experience spans Asia, the Middle East and Europe, with senior roles at J.P. Morgan, Citibank, Deutsche Bank and Standard Chartered. She has led payments and transaction banking businesses serving corporate and financial institution clients.

Malika has developed market and growth strategies, built new business capabilities and led complex institutional mandates. Her experience also spans digital payments, including application programming interfaces, instant payments and Request-to-Pay solutions.

As a Partner at T3i, Malika contributes expertise in payments, transaction banking and institutional sales. Alongside this role, she is Founder of Blaze Meridian Group, advising banks, fintechs and technology businesses on commercial growth and institutional sales.
