Marek Dubovec

Marek is a legal and regulatory specialist with expertise in the frameworks governing supply chain and trade finance. His experience supports T3i’s work across legal reform, digital trade infrastructure and the development of enabling frameworks for supply chain finance.

He has worked with public and private sector stakeholders across Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Latin America. His work includes projects supported by the World Bank Group, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and Asian Development Bank.

Marek has contributed to the development of international legal standards for more than 15 years, working with the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law and UNIDROIT. He was also a member of the drafting committee for the Model Law on Factoring.

As a Partner at T3i, Marek contributes expertise in trade finance law, legal reform and digital infrastructure. Alongside this role, he is Director of Law Reform Programs at the International Law Institute, a member of the FCI Legal Committee, and teaches at the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law..
