Ling has 25 years transaction banking experience working for international banks including Citi, JPM, ANZ and Standard Chartered Bank in North America and Asia. Ling served various senior roles focusing on Treasury, Trade Finance / Working Capital product management and development as well as Sales, Solutioning and Implementation.

Ling is an expert on Supply Chain Finance who had led SCB’s global commercialization effort on both “buyer led” as well as “seller led” dealer finance programs. Being an honorable consultant to China Supply Chain Strategic Research Center, Ling is a trusted advisor to local regulators in mainland China and Hong Kong.

Ling is a practitioner in Fintech leveraging block chain and AI technology to provide efficient and cost-effective solutions for financial institutions and corporates. Ling is Certified International Credit Professional and Certified Treasury Professional. She holds MBA from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana USA and BS from Renmin University in China. Ling holds individual membership in China Enterprise Association in Hong Kong and is a founding member of Project Business Management Academy.
