Farah is a banking and transformation specialist with over 30 years of experience across governance, risk, business management and organisational change. Her expertise supports T3i’s work across transformation, governance and regulated financial services.

Her experience spans the UK, Middle East and Africa, where she has led transformation programmes, developed governance and operating models, and managed complex organisational change. Her background includes regulatory remediation, Know Your Customer transformation and multi-country bank divestments.

Farah specialises in structuring complex transformation programmes involving multiple stakeholders, regulatory requirements and competing priorities. Her experience combines governance, strategic planning and programme execution within regulated environments.

As a Partner at T3i, Farah contributes expertise in governance, transformation and operating models. Alongside this role, she is Co-Founder of Blaze Meridian Group, advising technology, fintech and enterprise businesses on governance and transformation across the Gulf region, Africa and Asia.
