Brenton is a fintech and financial services specialist with 25 years of experience across trade finance, supply chain finance, receivables finance and working capital. He supports T3i’s work in digital transformation, product development and financial technology strategy.

His experience spans banking, fintech, freight logistics and supply chain management. He has worked across strategy, customer experience, platform development, fundraising, operational design, credit risk and compliance.

Brenton previously served as Global Head of Trade and Working Capital Product at Barclays, where he led product development, digital transformation and business improvement initiatives. He has also supported turnarounds across trade finance, receivables finance and working capital businesses.

As a Partner at T3i, Brenton contributes expertise in fintech strategy, digital platforms and product innovation. Alongside this role, he advises fintechs and banks on customer experience, growth, risk management and the use of supply chain data and artificial intelligence.
