Ana is a financial services advisor and Founder and Managing Director of Velandia Evan Consulting. She works at the intersection of trade finance, working capital, risk sharing and institutional strategy, supporting T3i’s work with banks, insurers, development finance institutions and platforms.

She has over 16 years of international experience across banking, credit insurance and development finance, including roles at Barclays, AIG and IDB Invest. Her work spans developed and emerging markets, including experience in Latin America alongside work across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific.

Ana advises institutions on aligning strategy with risk appetite, balance sheet capacity and governance. She works with boards and senior management on scaling initiatives, mobilising private capital and structuring risk-sharing approaches.

As a Partner at T3i, Ana contributes expertise across trade finance, working capital and risk sharing. Her experience spans both public and private balance sheets, providing perspective across policy and commercial environments. Alongside this role, she is the Founder and Managing Director of Velandia Evan Consulting.
