Ambreen Hamza is a finance, strategy, fintech, blockchain, asset tokenization, sales and operational restructuring and post-merger integration expert with over 15 years of experience in the financial industry working with large global financial institutions and has extensive knowledge and experience in running a fintech startup. As Chief Operating Officer of Atlas One Digital Securities Inc., she is a passionate advocate for democratizing global private capital markets and building the blockchain ecosystem globally. 

Ambreen's accomplishments include designing and implementing operational efficiency and productivity frameworks for Standard Chartered Bank with the goal of embedding high double digit growth in income per head, over a billion dollar of cost saves, and subsequent reinvestment in digitisation and technology across all businesses; leading the management of corporate & institutional sales pipeline discipline and scorecards for over $3 billion revenue Global Trade Finance and Cash Management businesses. She also led the strategic financial planning and budgeting for a $1 trillion assets under sub-custody and over $30 billion deposits business for Global Custody and Fund Services business.

Ambreen is an alum of the Fulbright Program and holds an MBA in Finance & Strategic Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, along with certifications in Blockchain Technologies from MIT Sloan Executive Education and Artificial Intelligence for Business Applications from the Wharton Executive Education Program.
